Stage 1. Simply register to receive details of our latest packages and offers. Choose the package that most suits your requirements and your budget. Go to the checkout and pay via our secure payment server. This can be done by phone or fax if you prefer.
Stage 2. We have developed an online briefing tool that allows you to submit all of the relevant information that we need to build a clear picture of your company or brand and the type of logo you require.
Stage 3. From this brief our award-winning designers will then produce a logo design(s) based on your company name and the information you provide. You then tell us which of the ideas you want. Because we want all our customers to be totally satisfied with their logo, we have allowed time for you to make necessary adjustments to your chosen logo (terms and conditions apply).
Stage 4. Finally we supply your logo in GIF and EPS formats, colour and mono via email for your unrestricted use.
What happens if I don't like what you come up with?
Our briefing process has been carefully designed to ensure that this doesn't happen. At the outset of a project we discuss all aspects of your design so we know what to do and you know what to expect.
What should I think about before I start the brief?
The more you tell us about what you want, the closer to the mark our designs will be. Our online briefing tool is extremely straight-forward. It will prompt you for all the information we need to design your logo. If you have any specific requirements eg. colour preferrences or other ideas, then simply specify them at briefing stage.
How much does it cost?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Solo, JCB and Eurocard. We also accept cheques, although we can not start your project until they have been received.
Are my credit card details safe?
Absolutely. We have chosen the internationally acclaimed WorldPay secure payment gateway to process our transactions.
How can I use my logo?
The only limit is your imagination! You can use your logo on almost everything. The formats we supply your final logo in are the de facto standard and are accepted all over the world.
Do you take orders from outside the United Kingdom?
Yes. In fact a large number of our clients are from outside the UK. The process takes place entirely over the Internet, so you can do everything from the comfort of your own PC!
What about Copyright?
Upon completion of the project, we will transfer ownership of copyright of your FINAL design to you. We retain the right to utilize any artwork, designs, edits, revisions and work product from the project in advertising, promotion and other, not-for-pay display.
What file formats will my logo be supplied in?
.GIF (Graphics Interchange Format) for use on web-sites and applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
. EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) for printed applications such as stationary and brochures.
Can you design my Stationary?
